Hotel Restaurant Manager on Duty We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Restaurant Manager on Duty to oversee daily operations of our restaurant and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service Greet and assist guests, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally Manage staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to maintain high service standards Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to deliver a seamless dining experience Handle guest feedback and resolve issues to maximize satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant area Support training and development of team members to enhance skills and service quality Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and tact Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry Good organizational and multitasking skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management certification is a plus Join our vibrant team where guest satisfaction and operational excellence are at the core of our success.
