Join Our Team - Exciting Opportunity in Coastal Virginia
We are a prominent independent, multi-specialty, physician-led group in Virginia, dedicated to serving the Hampton Roads area. We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to become a part of our vibrant primary care team.
Positions are available across Southeast Virginia, including Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, and Suffolk . This allows you to engage with culturally diverse communities while selecting a practice environment that suits your lifestyle and professional aspirations.
Support for J1 visa applicants is available in select locations.
What We Provide:
Salary Range: $300,000-$350,000
Compensation is influenced by specialty, experience, schedule, and specific job responsibilities.

Role Overview:
As a Primary Care Physician, you will deliver thorough, patient-centered care in an outpatient environment, working alongside a skilled multidisciplinary team.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams
Diagnose and manage a wide array of acute and chronic medical conditions across a diverse patient demographic
Create, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and overall wellness
Order, interpret, and follow up on lab tests, diagnostic imaging, and other assessments
Prescribe medications and evidence-based treatments in line with current clinical guidelines
Provide comprehensive care for adult and geriatric patients, with the option to include pediatric care based on your training and interests
Facilitate transitions of care, including hospital follow-ups and post-discharge management
Collaborate with a broad network of specialists through an efficient internal referral system
Manage approximately 20 patients per day
Work in partnership with physicians and advanced practice providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
