Loung Manager (Night Shift)

The Lounge Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily and nightly operations of the lounge and nightlife environment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong team performance, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

This position requires a hands-on leader who can manage a fast-paced nightlife operation while maintaining standards related to service, staffing, safety, revenue, communication, and overall venue presentation.

• Oversee all lounge and nightlife operations during assigned shifts.

• Lead, supervise, and support bartenders, barbacks, servers, hosts, security personnel, and other lounge staff.

• Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, uniform standards, and service expectations.

• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate nightly expectations, events, VIP reservations, promotions, and operational priorities.

• Maintain a professional, energetic, and guest-focused environment.

• Monitor guest service and promptly address guest concerns or service issues.

• Monitor staffing levels and make appropriate adjustments based on business volume.

• Assist with employee scheduling while maintaining appropriate labor controls.

• Ensure employees accurately clock in and out and follow established timekeeping procedures.

• Monitor sales, comps, discounts, voids, and other transactions for accuracy and proper authorization.

• Protect company assets and assist with cash-handling and closing procedures.

• Monitor inventory, product usage, and liquor controls to minimize waste and loss.

• Maintain consistent communication with the General Manager and upper management regarding operational concerns, incidents, staffing matters, and significant business decisions.

• Ensure the lounge, bar, restrooms, service areas, entrances, and guest-facing areas remain clean, organized, and presentation-ready.

• Respond appropriately to guest, employee, security, and operational incidents and complete required documentation.
