About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for its Capital Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading investor relations related to the firm's external alternative investment platform, specifically targeting private wealth clients. This role involves managing asset-raising campaigns for various funds, driving strategic initiatives to enhance the firm's positioning and visibility, and engaging with key constituents to build and maintain relationships. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in alternative fund engagement strategies, a thorough knowledge of private wealth channels, and a proven track record in building and maintaining successful investor relation campaigns. Applicants for the AVP position should have 5-7 years' experience in capital development, with a strong emphasis on private wealth client engagement. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. The role demands a candidate who can demonstrate a proactive approach to managing investor relations and is adept at driving strategic initiatives. The ability to build and maintain relationships with key constituents is essential.
