Mission-Driven Event Coordinator
Messenger International
Messenger International is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to lead logistics for ministry events in the Nashville area. You will coordinate contracts, BEOs, catering, room blocks, and transportation, while partnering with stakeholders to meet event objectives and timelines. You will manage on-site execution, load-in/out, budgets, and post-event debriefs, ensuring guest experiences are hospitable and mission-focused.
