Position Summary MultiCare Health System seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (ARNP/PA) Fellow for our Urgent Care Indigo Fellowship Program. The fellowship is a 14‑week training designed for recent graduates or those new to urgent care, focusing on building the skills needed for independent urgent care practice. Program Overview The fellowship emphasizes mentoring, evidence‑based instruction, confidence building, a growth mindset, and integration of technology and innovation in care delivery. Graduates will be prepared to provide patient‑centered urgent‑care medicine at an accelerated pace. Work Schedule & Compensation FTE: Full Time | Shift: Day | Schedule: 12‑hour shifts Salary: $118,670.10.
