Entry Level Construction Materials TesterAs a Construction Materials Tester, you will be responsible for monitoring pile driving blow counts and testing densities across multiple sites in the Baton Rouge area.Responsibilities:Monitor pile driving blow counts to ensure accuracy and safety.Conduct testing of soil densities on construction sites.Document findings and maintain records of site activities.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.Essential Skills:Experience in construction.Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.Keen attention to detail.Effective communication skills.Commitment to safety practices.Job Type & Location:This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baton Rouge, LA.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
