The right candidate will be comfortable developing new business, following up with leads, discussing multiple insurance products, and asking for the sale. What You’ll Do Connect with prospective and existing customers by phone, email, text, and in person. Build strong relationships by asking thoughtful questions and learning about each customer’s needs. Generate new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, referrals, networking, and community outreach. Provide quotes and explain available auto, home, renters, life, business, and supplemental insurance options. Recommend appropriate products while following ethical sales practices and agency guidelines. Identify opportunities to help customers bundle policies and address potential coverage gaps. Conduct insurance reviews with existing customers and recommend updates when their needs change. Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline. Meet individual and agency sales goals. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate account information. Work closely with other team members to provide a positive and seamless customer experience. Participate in team meetings, training, marketing initiatives, and community events. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in sales, customer service, financial services, insurance, banking, retail, hospitality, or a related field is preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable making outbound calls, following up with leads, and asking for the sale. Able to overcome objections and confidently explain the value of insurance products. Self‑motivated, dependable, organized, and goal‑oriented. Committed to providing honest recommendations and exceptional customer service. Able to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments. Comfortable working in a team‑oriented, performance‑driven environment. Familiarity with the Tucson community and local networking opportunities is a plus.
