If you love developing staff, solving problems, and being the person everyone trusts to get it right — this is your seat.What you'll doOwn the full hiring lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and exit interviewsCoordinate the onboarding process between our HR Recruiter and Training SpecialistChampion employee satisfaction — assess staff needs and serve on our Morale CommitteeServe on the Member Rights Committee, gathering member feedback and driving improvement plansPartner with Quality Assurance and Clinical leadership to keep training and credentialing currentKeep us compliant with HR law, CARF standards, MCO requirements, and state regulationsManage unemployment claims, workers' compensation, and personnel documentationDevelop HR policy, performance management, and succession planningWhat you bringBachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Working knowledge of the behavioral health population we serveStrong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skillsAbility to foster a cooperative, positive work environmentIntegrity and discretion with confidential informationNo substantiated findings on the NC Health Care Personnel Registry; must pass background check and drug screenSchedule & locationOffice-based, Monday–Friday.
