Order Picker / Fulfillment Specialist Custom Filters Direct | Bloomsburg, PA Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM + Overtime based on business needs Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview Custom Filters Direct is a growing manufacturer of custom HVAC air filters serving customers throughout the United States. We are seeking an Order Picker / Fulfillment Specialist to support our warehouse and fulfillment operations at our Bloomsburg facility. This hands‑on position is responsible for accurately picking orders, organizing inventory, replenishing stock, and helping ensure customer orders are fulfilled and shipped on time. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Pick and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently Retrieve and store inventory throughout the warehouse Learn to safely operate a cherry picker/order picker to access inventory stored at elevated rack locations Perform inventory movements and stock replenishment activities Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems as needed Support shipping and receiving operations Conduct daily equipment inspections and follow safety procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations Qualifications Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, inventory, retail stockroom, or distribution experience preferred Experience operating a cherry picker, order picker, reach truck, or similar warehouse equipment is preferred* Willingness to learn how to safely operate a cherry picker/order picker as part of the role Comfortable working at heights Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment Basic computer and RF scanner experience required Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move throughout the shift Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying Comfortable working at elevated heights Ability to work in a warehouse environment for the duration of the shift Compensation & Benefits Starting pay of $18.00 - $19.00 per hour based on experience Weekly pay Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance after 90 days Paid Time Off after 90 days Opportunities for growth and advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr
