We are seeking a dedicated and caring Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Meadows Independent Living in East Palestine, Ohio. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, enhancing their overall experience and promoting their independence.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Provide vital support services, including toileting, transferring, and ambulating

• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff

• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including assisting with laundry and housekeeping tasks

• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

About the Role:

• This is a part-time position, with opportunities to work day shift and night shift

• No special training is required, with on-the-job training provided
