At Auntie Anne's Pretzels in Macomb Mall we are looking for an energetic and reliable Assistant Manager to join our team! As an Assistant Manager , you’ll be the go-to person during your shift, helping to keep operations running smoothly while providing great customer service. This role is perfect for someone with restaurant or food industry experience who loves leading a team and ensuring every guest leaves happy. You’ll be responsible for supervising daily activities, managing staff, and supporting the overall success of the store.ResponsibilitiesLead and motivate team members during your shift to deliver excellent food and customer service.Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met.Manage POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling.Control inventory levels by monitoring stock and assisting with ordering when necessary.Train new staff on food safety, food handling, and restaurant procedures to promote a knowledgeable team.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.Handle customer inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.RequirementsPrevious management or supervisory experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred.Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop team members.Familiarity with inventory control, cash handling, and restaurant operations.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.A background in hospitality management or food service management is a plus.Join us as an Assistant Manager where you can lead a dynamic team, sharpen your management skills, and help create memorable experiences for our guests! #J-18808-Ljbffr V AND J FOODS INC
