Our Services:

• Cabinet Painting
• Kitchen Organization
• Cabinet Re-dooring/Refacing
• Wood Restoration
• New Custom/Semi Custom Cabinets

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of customer facing outside sales experience (in home preferred)
• Have a driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

• Consult and educate prospective clients on our services and achieve a closing rate of 40-50%
• Attend staff meetings 2-4 times a month
• Generate 50% of your own leads by cold calling and networking with other industry professionals
• Look after samples and provided company equipment
• Use company software in a cohesive and productive manner

Pay:

• 10% commission on leads provided by Kitchen Tune-Up
• Negotiable commission on leads acquired by networking/cold calling
