Location: Zelda Court Dental Zelda Court Dental Care is seeking a friendly, motivated, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing dental team! Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Every other Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM No evenings Long weekends twice each month What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay ($30/hr+ based on experience) Monthly team bonus program Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Employer-paid Life Insurance Employer-paid Short-Term Disability Insurance HSA & FSA options Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Supportive team environment Modern technology and clinical support State-of-the-Art Technology You'll have access to the latest technology to provide outstanding patient care, including: iTero Digital Scanner CBCT Dental Laser Intraoral Camera Nomad Digital X-ray Cavitron/ProphyJet Eaglesoft Practice Management Software As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will: Perform adult and pediatric dental cleanings (prophylaxis) Complete periodontal charting and assessments Take diagnostic digital radiographs Perform scaling and root planing (SRP) Apply fluoride treatments and dental sealants Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Collaborate with the doctor and dental team to deliver exceptional patient care Maintain accurate clinical documentation and infection control standards Qualifications: Active Alabama Dental Hygiene License (or awaiting licensure) Current CPR/BLS Certification Excellent communication and patient education skills Strong organizational and time management skills Team-oriented with a positive attitude Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality dental care Why Join Zelda Court Dental Care?
