Senior Microsoft software engineer to help build the next generation of finance technology platforms leveraging Azure, automation, AI, and intelligent agent architectures. This is not a traditional AI Engineer role. The ideal candidate will be a strong software engineer who is excited about applying AI to real business problems and helping define the future-state architecture of Finance technology.

This individual will work closely with Finance and IT teams to design, develop, and deploy modern applications and intelligent workflows across multiple ERP environments including JDE, SAP, NetSuite, and Microsoft Business Central.

- Design and develop enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies
- Build workflow automation and AI-assisted business solutions
- Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
- Work alongside Enterprise Architecture to evaluate and implement AI patterns
- Develop integrations across ERP, finance, and data platforms
- Participate in R&D efforts involving AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and automation technologies
- Help establish standards and best practices for future Finance technology solutions

Required Experience
- Strong C# and .NET development experience
- Azure application development experience
- Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline experience
- Experience building enterprise-grade applications and integrations
- Strong problem-solving and solution design skills
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments and help define future-state solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Experience
- Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, Copilot, or Agent Framework exposure
- Workflow automation experience
- Experience with React, Python, or related technologies
- Finance, ERP, or enterprise systems exposure
- Snowflake, data engineering, or integration experience
- SAP, NetSuite, Business Central, or JDE exposure.
