Trinity Springs , a Cassia community, is hiring  Caregivers  to join our inclusive team in an Assisted Living and Memory Care settings! Your talents will be valued and supported here. As a Caregiver at Trinity Springs , you will provide person-centered care to our residents, supporting them with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as showering/bathing, shampooing of hair and medication administration while promoting dignity, independence and well-being. This position is ideal for someone who truly wants to make a difference in the lives of others . You will be working in our Memory Care Unit.

Positions Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule including every other weekend

Available Shifts (Including every other weekend):

Nights 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Memory Care)

 

Wage Range:  
Memory Care: $15.00 - $17.57 /hour depending on experience
Shift Differential: 
Night $2.00

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Provide residents' services based on service schedules/care plans.
• Exhibit a caring and compassionate attitude for others.
• Answer help and pull cords in timely fashion and take appropriate action.
• Plan and complete duties with minimal direction from supervisor.
• Assist the resident with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/ bathing, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration.
• Complete incident reports within scheduled shift.

Caregivers Qualifications:

• Ability to work weekends and flexible schedule as we work on a 2 week rotation.
• 1+ year of caregiving (CNA or HHA) experience preferred
• Assisted Living or Memory Care experience preferred
