Home-Based BCBAs Enjoy: Flexible scheduling Work-from-home days No weekends required Location-based client matching to minimize drive time Center-Based BCBAs Enjoy: No nights or weekends Structured clinic support Work-from-home flexibility for administrative tasks Compensation: $60-$70 What You’ll Do As a BCBA with Key Autism Services, you will: Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data Provide caregiver coaching and parent support Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes Requirements: Current BCBA certification LABA certification where required by state Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field Reliable transportation Comfortable providing home-based services and family collaboration Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification A Culture Built on Growth & Compassion At Key Autism Services, we foster a professional, ethical, respectful, and fun environment where clinicians are empowered to grow.
