Complete Care at Silver Lake is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team at our 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Dover, Delaware. The facility is a 3-Star CMS-rated skilled nursing center providing short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and specialized clinical services. As Director of Nursing, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of clinical excellence, accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational success.
