What you’ll do: Assist in the development and maintenance of the IT Grundschutz based information management system in line with BSI standards. Execute compliance checks and reviews, supporting documentation and reporting processes. Conducting risk assessments and contribute to crafting response strategies. Provide support and guidance to internal teams on Grundschutz-related queries and practices. Help enforce security policies and procedures to ensure adherence to established standards. Assist in responding to security incidents and aid in incident management processes. Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance knowledge and skills. Support the continuous improvement process What you bring: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field. Good understanding of IT security principles and BSI IT-Grundschutz. 4+ years experience in IT security environments. Strong team player with excellent communication skills. Enthusiastic about learning and further developing expertise in IT Grundschutz and Cloud compliance. Relevant introductory certifications such as CompTIA Security+ are beneficial. Fluent in German and English Can do attitude, with high willingness to learn and develop.
