This is an incredible time to launch your career with us!About the Partner Support Analyst PositionIn this role, you will work closely with the HCM Partners to ensure that client expectations are continually met. As a Partner Support Analyst, you will be responsible for the overall ownership, advancement, coordination, and completion of assigned tasks and activities. These projects involve customer management with a combination of software and services. An Analyst is also responsible for successfully completing tasks and activities while managing interactions between different internal departments, clients, and vendors to fulfill our contractual obligations. This role works independently and with minimal supervision. The work performed in this role will directly impact productivity, effectiveness, and overall customer satisfaction. The Analyst will have a strong working knowledge of processes, expectations, and service-level requirements.Additionally, as a Partner Support Analyst, you will:Performs basic and intermediate technical and service job functions with minimal supervisionInitiates, plans, executes, controls, and completes tasks and activities effectivelyExecutes daily activities with ease and within the outlined service level agreement.Consistently exercises effective communication and follow-through Ensures all tasks are delivered on time and accuratelyAssist with peer mentoring and coachingReports and escalates to management as neededMeasures performance using appropriate tools and techniquesEstablishes and maintains relationships with third-party vendors Attention to detail, quality assurance driven, ability to follow process documentationAssists with department projects or goals Participates in the development and implementation of standard processes and best practicesPerforms other related duties as assigned and has the ability to take on new tasks or challenges Understand and apply HIPPA, PHI, and PII sensitivity and complianceTrain new partner contacts on Ben Admin SystemAbout YouAs the Partner Support Analyst, you will bring at least 0-2 years of technical experience such as help desk support, time and attendance implementation or software configuration, and training or related education. In addition, you will also have:Knowledge regarding general benefits, payroll, human resource compliance informationKnowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) toolsSkills in MS products including Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, and PowerPointAble to work independently and in a team environment and take the lead when necessaryWillingly collaborates and shares knowledge with othersPractices strong communication skills with a customer service focusAble to comfortably and effectively present to audiences of various sizesCompetencies: skilled, prioritization, critical thinking, process management, leadership, time managementWorks independently with a strong ability to learn new skills Effectively manages time, daily activities, and project timelinesThinks outside the box and is willing to explore outside areas of expertiseFlexible and agile professional with a goal to develop and refineWhat We OfferAt PlanSource, benefits are at the core of what we do, and we understand their impact on our employees and their families.
