(Remote) Client Success Manager

As a Client Success Manager at Procare HR, you'll be the primary point of contact for your clients, managing accounts, overseeing data and services, and ensuring they have the support they need. You’ll assist clients in maximizing their HRIS systems, especially UKG Ready, while helping them streamline HR operations.
Troubleshoot HRIS, payroll, and compliance issues unique to senior living
Collaborate internally to improve service and client outcomes
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in client/account management.
Minimum 3 years of HR-related experience (payroll, benefits, HRIS).
Proven UKG Ready configuration and optimization experience.
CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
Prior experience in PEO/HR Shared Services (preferred). Health insurance with company paid premium for employee only coverage
