Role Description As a Customer Relations Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member with Nicholas Horvath – State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, referrals, community events and other networking. Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options. Qualifications Communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred.
