Position Highlights:
Lead BOH operations in a scratch kitchen
Ensure consistent food quality and kitchen efficiency

Maintain inventory, safety, and sanitation standards

About You:
2+ years of kitchen management experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for fresh, made-from-scratch food
Ability to thrive in a hands-on, high-energy kitchen
Committed to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
