Will follow and direct evidenced based practices as established within dermatology services. Collaborates and coordinates the individual treatment plan with the clinical team as necessary to assure an appropriate continuum of care.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Graduate of Accredited Medical School. Board certified or board eligible in dermatologyExperience/Physical Requirements:Experience in group practice and/or clinic setting preferredLicensure/Certification: Current unrestricted West Virginia licensure. Current Federal and WV Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate.
