Lead Dining Server – Inspire Service Excellence in Senior Living

At Sunrise Senior Living, we champion the quality of life for all seniors. As a Lead Dining Server, you support daily dining operations while modeling hospitality, service excellence, and dining room standards for residents and guests. What You'll Do:

• Provide dining and table service according to Sunrise standards
• Support and train new servers on service steps and expectations
• Assist residents with menu selections and take accurate meal orders
• Ensure proper dining room set-up, reset, and cleanliness
• Maintain side work, opening, and closing checklists
• Monitor table presentation and dining decorum standards
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines
• Support special events and Bistro operations
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information

You help create a welcoming dining experience that reflects professionalism, warmth, and consistency.

Pay Range: 18.92 - 23.65
