Healthcare Plus Caregiver- McHenry County, ILAre you compassionate, dependable, and looking to make a difference in people's lives? Join our team as a Caregiver in a non-medical healthcare setting. We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate caregiver with transportation to join our team. As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Key Requirements:High school diploma, GED or Letter of ExperienceDriver LicenseSocial Security CardResponsibilities:Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressingProvide companionship and emotional support to clientsHelp with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping tasksAccompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings as neededMonitor clients' health status and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionalsMaintain accurate records of client care activitiesCommunicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care teamAdhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant healthcare regulations and guidelinesJoin our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others!
