This role provides front-desk coverage and administrative support in a busy office environment. Responsibilities Provide front desk coverage; greet and assist visitors professionally Answer and route incoming calls; take accurate messages Perform administrative support tasks in a fast-paced office Use office equipment and Microsoft Office tools Communicate effectively (written and verbal) with all levels of the organization Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, reliability, and strong prioritization Requirements High School Diploma or GED 2+ years administrative experience in a busy office environment (with demonstrated prioritization) Professional, courteous, service-oriented approach Strong written and verbal communication skills Works well with others; able to work with little or no direction (initiative/follow-through) Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred (not required) Benefits Benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days 401(k) with company match available after 1 year (eligibility dates apply)
