Fresh Fit Meals is hiring a  detail-oriented Meal Prep Plater to join our production team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structured, repetitive work and takes pride in accuracy and consistency. You’ll be responsible for assembling and plating meals to spec so every customer receives the right portions, ingredients, and labels—every time. Our goal is to help people to eat healthier and help guide people through their weightloss journey. This role directly affects how many people we get to help each and every day! Having a sense of urgency is a must!

Pay

• $16–$29 per hour (based on experience)

Job Type

• Full-time

• 35–45 hours per week

Schedule

• Weekend availability required

• Typical shifts: 2:00pm - 10:00pm sometimes longer (based on production needs)

Responsibilities

• Assemble and plate meals according to recipes, build sheets, and portion standards

• Hit your goal KPI and team KPI of 40-50 plates per hour after training

• Weigh/measure ingredients accurately for consistency and quality

• Follow plating maps to ensure correct components in each meal

• Label meals and verify meal name, date, and accuracy

• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow food safety practices

• Work efficiently with the team to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Strong  attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Enjoys  repetitive, process-driven work and staying focused

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment

• Ability to follow written instructions and checklists

• Food production/kitchen experience is a plus (not required—we can train)

• Positive mindset and takes ownership for mistakes (We do believe mistakes are the best way to learn)!

Physical Requirements

• Ability to  stand for long periods of time

• Ability to perform repetitive motions (scooping, weighing, assembling)

• Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs occasionally (ingredients, trays, supplies)
