ResponsibilitiesOversee daily office operations and administrative needs
Support the agency team and coordinate office workflows
Assist with client service and communications
Keep schedules, documentation, and processes organized
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency
RequirementsInsurance industry experience required
Oregon Property and Casualty License required
Excellent organization and communication skills
Dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable multitasking and taking ownership
Collaborative, positive, and solutions-oriented
