Program Manager (5264) (Broomfield/Boulder, CO) (Top Secret) Boulder, CO; Broomfield, CO Outside Analytics, a subsidiary of SMX, delivers cutting‑edge digital transformation solutions, including space and remote‑sensing capabilities across all orbital regimes (LEO, MEO, HEO, GEO). The Program Manager will manage a team delivering infrastructure and end‑to‑end software solutions for a defense and aerospace customer. Key Responsibilities Program Management Support Cost Report Development and Analysis Contract Management including setup in financial management software, Mod reviews, Funding Runout tracking, EAC/VAC analysis Schedule Development Supporting Status and Customer Meetings ROM and Proposal Support Dependencies and Risk Support Monthly Status Reports EVM Program Startup Support Support early phases of starting a program to establish appropriate infrastructure for the team and ensure contract compliance WBS Definition, Charge Number Setup Process Definition Business Rhythm definition Schedule & Milestones preparation and support CDRL planning Serve as primary POC to customer and SMX team for small projects, both internal and external. Serve as primary people manager to SMX Space & Intelligence BU employees on the program(s) supported Required Skills & Experience Clearance Required: Top Secret/ TS(SCI eligible) preferred. Ability to obtain a DOD TS/SCI eligible Clearance. U.S. Citizenship required. BS or advanced degree in Business Administration or a relevant field 3-5+ years of experience in a project engineering, program management, or finance role (advanced degree provides two additional years) Experience managing programs in the defense and aerospace fields, especially as a subcontractor Experience with general Program Management tools such as Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint Excellent organization skills with exceptional attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Desired Skills & Experience Domain experience with Space and/or IC Communities Experience with CostPoint, Salesforce PMI Certification Interim or Active TS/SCI eligible security clearance or higher Application Deadline: July 13, 2026 SMX is an Equal Opportunity Employer including disabilities and veterans.
