This opportunity involves working onsite in either elementary (3 buildings) or middle school (2 buildings) settings, providing valuable psychological services during the 26/27 academic year. With a flexible schedule of 20-30 hours per week, your expertise will help shape positive educational outcomes for children across multiple school environments.

Key Qualifications:

• Michigan School Psychologist certification required
• Strong background working with children in elementary or middle school settings
• Experience administering psychological assessments and writing comprehensive reports
• Skill in collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth
• Effective organizational and time-management abilities for working across multiple school sites
• Ability to provide direct counseling services to students and crisis intervention as needed

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ learning, behavioral, or emotional needs
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with staff and families
• Interpret test results and share findings with educational teams to inform instruction
• Offer consultation and support for teachers and administrators regarding student progress
• Provide counseling and crisis management to students when necessary
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district procedures and policies
