**Job Requirements & Qualifications:** - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only - Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only - Certifications: BLS - Minimum of 18 months permanent experience in the specialty applying for prior to travel - Must have a PERMANENT Ohio license in hand at time of submission - Compact licenses are accepted for any starts 1/1/23 and forward - ONE reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is REQUIRED to qualify for submission (no non-supervisory references) - For RNFA/CSFA positions only, ONE reference from a supervisor or physician is REQUIRED to qualify for submission - Required certifications need to be ACTIVE with nothing pending - PBDS Assessment is waived - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, with an acceptable score required - Facility does not accept any license hits - Nurses and CSTs are EXEMPT from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements temporarily - All other travelers must be nicotine free - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start - BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract **Additional Information:** - BG hits are reviewed but travelers with an open case will not be accepted - Extensions allow candidates to extend with the client for 18 months, after which a 6-month break is required - Modules are billable up to 4 hours annually, specific to specialties, and recorded via Silkroad
