A well-established, independent healthcare organization in the greater Toledo / Findlay, OH area is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Rheumatologist to join its high-performing outpatient practice. This opportunity offers a modern clinical setting, a 100% outpatient focus , and a schedule designed to support flexibility and strong work-life balance .
Position Highlights

100% outpatient Rheumatology practice
Flexible scheduling: 2 5 days/week, customizable shifts, or week-on/week-off
Optional 4-hour Saturday clinic
Minimal call: office voicemail only (
Full practice autonomy with ability to shape patient mix and schedule
Collaborative, team-based environment with strong specialist support
Teaching opportunities available (optional)
EMR: Cerner (integrated system)

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $300,000 + wRVU bonuses (up to $500,000 total)
Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus
Loan repayment assistance
Up to $10,000 relocation support
248 hours PTO + CME allowance ($5,000/year)
Full benefits + malpractice coverage
403(b) with employer match
PSLF-eligible (non-profit employer)

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology
Eligible for or active Ohio medical license
DEA (prior to start)
Clean malpractice and license history
