Hi! We are Husbands Tea Bar & Provisions and we are looking for someone to help us fully operate our markets and events when we are not available! This means you will be setting up the booth/cart, breaking it down, making drinks, ringing up customers, handling cash, managing scheduled employees, ensuring operations run smoothly, problem solving, etc.
We are looking for a trustworthy, responsible individual ready to take on this Market/Event Lead role. Spectacular customer service is crucial in this role as well as a high sense of urgency. You are in charge of ensuring that our customers receive the best experience. You will be successful if you can achieve these very important skill sets.
This is a part-time, hourly position starting at $23/hr (plus tips) with the expectation of about 7-21 hours a week with the potential for more (depending on future markets/events).
We currently operate at four markets throughout LA County—one every Sunday (DTLA), the second every Tuesday & Thursday (CSULB), one every other Wednesday (Whittier), and the final every Friday (San Pedro). We may also have some events coming up that we will need help with. Weekend availability strongly preferred as we will be starting a Saturday market (Marina Del Rey) very soon.
