Installation Technician

Job Description Key Responsibilities Consult with customers to assess their needs and recommend the most appropriate systems and equipment solutions. Install, configure, and test equipment to ensure proper functionality, signal reception, and service activation. Evaluate site conditions and customer requirements to deliver the best possible solution for each location. Identify opportunities to improve system performance and functionality and provide recommendations to customers. Follow all company safety policies and procedures to prevent injury and protect property. Maintain accountability for company materials, tools, equipment, and ladders to prevent loss or damage. Ensure work areas are left clean and professional by removing debris, patching installation-related holes, and restoring the site to its original or better condition. Perform additional duties as assigned that support the organization's mission, vision, and core values. Work Environment Work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment that emphasizes teamwork, collaboration, and exceptional service. Interact regularly with customers and colleagues to deliver effective solutions and a positive customer experience. Travel to customer homes and business locations to install, troubleshoot, and support equipment and services. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
