This position is for Alternate Ending Beer Co in Aberdeen, NJ. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and stock stations with seasonal, well-prepared ingredients
• Prep and cook sauces, dressing and standard menu items
• Quickly hand stretch pizza dough during service
• Build and cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Clean up station and report necessary prep to Kitchen Leads
• Stock inventory, organize walk-ins and dry goods areas
• Work in concert with Kitchen Leads to implement specials
• Be conscientious of timing, safe food handling, and general kitchen etiquette

Qualifications:

• Cooking experience is preferred but we will train the right person
• Able to meet scheduling commitments, communicate clearly and effectively, and have reliable transportation
• Able to jump in and anticipate needs of kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
• Attention to detail and commitment to learning and growing
• Positive team attitude a MUST // sense of humor a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
