Sr. Manager, Financial Operations

Position Summary Caremark LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring in Woonsocket, RI. Sr. Manager, Financial Operations to design and deliver software solutions for IT and business analytics projects. The role supports CVS Health operations by delivering enterprise systems software applications. Duties Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver change and innovation to enterprise systems software applications. Guide reporting team in day‑to‑day activities, including coding requests and quality checks utilizing PBM knowledge base, SAS, and SQL. Analyze, define, document, and develop reports and software processes to improve workflow and process improvement. Determine best database application for operational, ad hoc, and regulatory reporting. Apply principles of software development, data mining, and reporting to analyze reporting technology for efficiency, automation, quality control, accuracy, and enhancements. Operate as subject matter expert in PBM, data mining, reporting, business intelligence, IBM AS/400, SAS, Tableau, and VB/SQL/other programming languages. Requirements • Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in each of the following: Business system analysis Financial planning and management, including budgeting and forecasting Using Agile methodologies for project management Working with cross‑functional teams on requirements gathering and project planning Documenting business requirements and project finances Software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software development best practices • Six (6) months of experience with Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Location & Telecommuting Woonsocket, RI. Telecommuting available. Multiple positions. Compensation Pay range: $87,090.00 – $182,549.40 per year, based on experience, education, geography, and other factors. Eligible for bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program, equity award program, 401(k) retirement plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and full‑paid term life insurance.
