If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping homeowners begin their remodeling journey, we'd love to hear from you.Responsibilities include:Welcome customers and visitors to the showroom and provide a positive first impressionAnswer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally and promptlySchedule consultations, appointments, and follow-up communicationsMaintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom environmentReceive, inspect, and organize incoming product deliveriesCoordinate logistics and assist with inventory trackingSupport project managers and installation teams with administrative tasksAssist with permit submissions, documentation, and municipal correspondenceManage office records, filing systems, and scheduling calendarsPerform occasional permit runs and supply pickups as neededIdentify opportunities to improve office efficiency and customer experience
