Human Resources Specialist. Please note that this job is 100% onsite in Downtown Denver, CO. Parking will be provided. Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading global company to fill their open Human Resources Specialist job in Denver, CO. To qualify, you must have at least one year of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $28.00 and $30.00 per hour. During the temporary assignment, you will also be able to sign up for LHH's benefits programs (details below). When you are converted to a permanent employee, you will be eligible for this company's competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with recruiting and onboarding new employees
• Entering and updating employee information in the database
• Creating reports and presentations
• Assisting with benefits registration and administration
• Tracking time and attendance
• Maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Answering basic Human Resources questions
• Managing employee files
• All other related tasks as required

Qualifications:

• At least one year of recent, relevant experience in a similar Human Resources role
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Previous experience with HRIS software preferred

Schedule:

Monday - Friday; typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; you must be flexible and able to adjust your schedule depending on business needs as you will be supporting employees located in various time zones

Compensation:

Hourly rate between $28.00 and $30.00
