Clinic RN Clinical Triage

Job Description

Work Schedule:

Per diem, varies Monday through Sunday and Weekends; 15% FTE, 4/8 hour day/night. You will work at UW Health Clinic 2550 Charles St.


Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Overtime

On-call pay

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing program. Required
• Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required

Work Experience

• 2 years of clinical experience in acute or ambulatory care. Required

Licenses & Certifications

• Current RN licensure from the State of Illinois. Required
