- Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old to apply. \n
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise. \n
- Flexible Schedule: Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. \n

- Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is preferred. \n
- Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English. \n
- Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail. \n
- Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification. \n

- Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication. \n
- Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment. Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities. \n
- Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics. \n
- Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management. Keep store operations running smoothly. \n
- Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Follow company safety policies and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment. \n
- Product Knowledge – Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems. \n
- Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions. \n
