Construction Superintendent - Hotel Construction Experience Required - Dallas, TX

BCC General Contractor is looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent with a proven track record in hotel construction. This is a hands‑on field leadership role responsible for driving projects to completion on time, on budget, and at the quality standard our clients expect. What You’ll Do Lead all on‑site construction activities for hotel and lodging construction projects Develop and manage the project schedule in coordination with the Project Manager, keeping all trades on the critical path Conduct daily site walks, maintain written logs, and run weekly subcontractor meetings Enforce quality control standards and issue non‑compliance notices when needed Coordinate all required inspections with local jurisdictions Oversee job site safety, cleanliness, and security from start to punch list completion Communicate proactively with the project team on RFIs, ASIs, submittals, and scope conflicts Maintain strong relationships with owners and their representatives, representing BCC with professionalism at every touchpoint What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience as a lead Superintendent Direct experience on hotel or lodging ground‑up construction projects is required Project experience in the $3M to $8M range Strong working knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction best practices Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and contract documents Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook); Procore experience a plus Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business is helpful but not required Available to travel as needed; able to work independently in a field environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
