As Branch Manager, you'll be at the helm of branch operations while inspiring excellence through service, sales, and community connection.

Lead & Inspire

• Coach, develop, and motivate branch staff to perform at their best.
• Create a positive, high‑energy, member‑focused team culture.
• Lead by example—modeling exceptional service, professionalism, and our core values.

Drive Results & Operations

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Maintain strong cash controls and operational integrity.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and training standards are followed consistently.

Wow Our Members

• Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with members.
• Deliver a seamless, welcoming, and solutions‑focused member experience.

Be a Community Champion

• Serve as a visible ambassador for Directions Credit Union.
• Represent the Credit Union at community events, outreach activities, and partnerships.
• Build strong relationships with local businesses, schools, nonprofits, and organizations.
• Collaborate with leadership and marketing to support financial education, community engagement, and brand awareness efforts.
• Inspire your team to get involved and take pride in serving the community.

Preferred Education: Associate of Applied Business or better in Banking & Finance or related field.

Required Experience: 3-5 years: Experience in a financial institution

Preferred Experience: 1-2 years: Supervisory or leadership experience
