Production Worker – 2nd Shift Location: Baltimore, MD
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Employment Type: Full-Time

US Concrete Products is hiring full-time Production Workers to join our second-shift manufacturing team in Baltimore. If you are dependable, hardworking, and comfortable with hands-on work, this is an opportunity to build your skills with a stable, family-owned company.

You do not need extensive manufacturing experience to be considered. We are looking for people who show up consistently, work safely, contribute to the team, and are willing to learn.

Our second-shift crew takes pride in working together to keep production moving safely and efficiently. For employees who demonstrate reliability and strong performance, there are opportunities to grow and take on additional responsibilities.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with day-to-day concrete manufacturing and production activities
• Operate and support production equipment according to established procedures
• Stack, package, palletize, and shrink-wrap finished products
• Move materials and supplies throughout production areas
• Keep workstations and manufacturing areas clean and organized
• Follow established safety procedures and use equipment appropriately
• Work alongside team members to meet daily production needs
• Assist with warehouse, material handling, and other general production tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to perform hands-on, physical work throughout the shift
• Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Manufacturing, warehouse, production, construction, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work consistently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Driver’s license preferred for potential future forklift training opportunities

This is an active, physical position. Team members must be able to:

• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and move throughout the workday
• Regularly lift and handle materials as required by the position
• Work around typical manufacturing conditions, including heat, dust, noise, and vibration
• Safely perform physical production duties throughout the scheduled shift
• Perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
