Team Lead

We are looking for a full‑time Team Lead who is a robust team player. Perks Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) FREE medical co‑pays Paid time off Eight paid holidays Company paid life insurance and short term disability Primary Responsibilities Upholds Clinical Standards of LHS Assists with the orientation, competency assessment, training and supervision of clinical staff and support staff. Ensures effective and efficient communication among and between departments. Provides guidance to support staff. Collaborates with Practice Manager and Senior Leadership Team to facilitate and resolve patient care issues. Assists in implementing and maintaining standards throughout the organization. Management of supplies. In conjunction with Practice Manager, maintains all VFC requirements, ordering, and logs. Cover the clinic as needed. Troubleshoot equipment issues and process repairs. Track Medtox bills. Maintenance of clinical areas, exam rooms, equipment and supplies. Maintain HIPAA with confidential approach to patient information at all times. Meet requirements for continuing education credits and attend meetings for enhancement of duties as applicable for role in agency. Miscellaneous duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Current Medical Assistant certification, LPN licensure, or Dental Assistant certification Maintain current CPR card Prefer previous experience in all areas of clinic (front office, patient care, laboratory, general assistant duties) or willingness to be trained in those areas. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in the use of all standard office equipment (fax, copier, multi‑line phone and computer). Knowledge/understanding of various insurances and referral system. Commensurate depending on experience and license/certification.
