KEY RESPONSIBILITES/REQUIREMENTS:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Operations Specialist to join our Strategy and Business Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations process. You will play a key role in managing revenue reports, tracking payment statues, and recording revenue in our systems.


Job Responsibilities:
• Financial Operations Management/Forecasting
o Manage and update the revenue/payment tracker, maintaining a detailed history of revenue amounts and payment statuses
o Support forecasting processes by analyzing data trends
o Create and issue accurate invoices according to internal policies
o Ensure all invoices are aligned with the revenue data and are processed in a timely manner
o Record revenue accurately in the system, ensuring that all entries are aligned with the revenue reports and financial policies
o Monitor accounts to identify outstanding payments and follow up on overdue payments
o Reconcile accounts receivable balances to ensure accuracy
• Process Improvement
o Identify and implement improvements to streamline invoicing and revenue recording processes
o Assist in the development and implementation of financial operations processes
• Collaboration
o Work closely with the finance teams and the service partnership management team to ensure accurate and timely revenue reporting/payment
o Support the Financial Operations Manager with ad hoc financial projects and analysis

Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Proficient in financial software and MS Offices, particularly Excel
• Demonstrated ability to support forecasting processes, including analyzing historical data and identifying key trends for actionable insights
• Quick grasp and adapt to the structure of operational trackers and tools to ensure clientmless workflow integration
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual preferred - English and Korean

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree required in Operations, Business or a related field.
• 4-6 years financial and/or accounting experience required.
