Personal Care Aide (PCA)

Location: The Gardens at Stevens Personal Care Home – Stevens, PA

The Gardens at Stevens Personal Care Home is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to provide exceptional care to our residents. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Position Details

• Full-Time and Part-Time positions available

Responsibilities

As a Personal Care Aide, you will work closely with fellow caregivers to ensure the comfort and well-being of our residents by:

• Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and nail care.

• Administering medications to residents who are not self-administering (training provided by the facility).

• Assisting residents during mealtimes to ensure their nutritional needs are met.

• Providing companionship and emotional support to residents.

• Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating resident needs to the care team.

• Promoting a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• No prior experience necessary—training is provided by the facility.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care.
