Role: Associate Software Developer

Duration: 4 months CTH Location: Remote - EST Tech: TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Node.js Must-Haves TypeScript, React, Node.js Java-only backgrounds will not work Strong troubleshooting skills Able to work independently Healthcare experience strongly preferred due to data/compliance requirements What They'll Be Doing Client/employer onboarding and employee onboarding into Dario's system Transfer and troubleshoot client data and eligibility files Troubleshoot/fix application functions and data issues Support the offshore data/engineering teams with work that must remain onshore due to healthcare compliance Respond to client issues within 2-3 hour SLA windows Client-facing communication and issue resolution Work with Client Success and clients to understand technical issues, reproduce problems, and follow them through to a verified resolution. Explain what's happening and what comes next in plain language. Troubleshoot RESTful APIs, web applications, and mobile applications, using logs, configuration, and application behavior to identify issues affecting reliability, performance, or security. Write and troubleshoot SQL queries to investigate client data, reconcile discrepancies, answer operational questions, and validate fixes. Create documented, reusable queries that help the support team handle recurring requests. Help resolve e-commerce issues involving orders, customer accounts, plugins, and integrations. Partner with DevOps on deployment and environment issues, including cloud hosted services, containers, configuration, and file transfers. Help validate releases and confirm that fixes work as expected. Support Client Success with basic Salesforce reporting, data validation, and workflow troubleshooting. Lead incident triage, coordinate the right people across teams, and write clear incident reports with findings and follow-up actions. Coordinate with our India-based support team to maintain clear handoffs, shared priorities, and consistent support coverage. Coach Client Success team members on troubleshooting, reproducing issues, and gathering useful information for engineering escalations. Create guides, knowledge-base articles, and training sessions that help the team work more independently. Contribute to design and code reviews within your area of expertise. Bring recurring client issues to Engineering and Product, and help turn those findings into more reliable products, better monitoring, and simpler support processes. A typical day might include investigating a client escalation, running SQL queries to check a data discrepancy, reviewing logs with DevOps, helping a teammate troubleshoot an order or integration issue, and documenting a solution others can reuse. Projects could include automating diagnostic checks, building a SQL troubleshooting playbook, or improving technical onboarding for Client Success. You'll do well here if you communicate clearly, take ownership, and enjoy working across teams. You're comfortable asking questions, investigating unfamiliar systems, and helping technical and nontechnical colleagues agree on a practical next step. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, application monitoring, production support, or coaching Client Success teams is also helpful. Experience with every tool is not required; we value sound troubleshooting, collaboration, and a willingness to learn.
