Verde Boulder & Louisville locations are looking for hard working, motivated individuals who have experience in the service industry at a high volume, fast-paced environment. We are looking for people who provide a personable, friendly, yet efficient experience to guests.

THE VERDE STORY
In 2010, Verde started as a food truck in Boulder, CO, inspired by the Sonoran-style Mexican food the founders grew up loving in Arizona. After several flavorful years on the road, serving made-from-scratch tacos, burritos, and fresh Mexican flavors at events, festivals, catering gigs, and neighborhood gatherings, Verde quickly became a local favorite.

As the Verde community grew, so did the dream. In 2014, Verde planted roots with its first restaurant in Boulder, followed by a second location in Louisville, CO in 2017. What began as a food truck has grown into two neighborhood restaurants built around scratch-made food, authentic flavors, and a love for bringing people together.

Today, Verde is a go-to spot in Boulder and Louisville for tacos and margs, burritos, outdoor dining, happy hour, family dinners, and catering. We're grateful for the community that helped make Verde what it is today, and we're proud to keep serving it one taco, burrito, and margarita at a time.
