ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I owned a restaurant franchise and also gained experience in real estate. Those roles helped shape my business mindset and passion for building something meaningful while serving others.

I’m a graduate of University of Georgia, married with three children, and we love living in Colorado. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me skiing, hiking, or spending time in the mountains. I’m also a big Denver sports fan. I stay involved in the local community and value building relationships both inside and outside the office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Damon Coates - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
